On May 25, a delegation of 19 members led by Minister Omar Ahmed Wais from Djibouti visited Zhongyang Group for inspection and study, accompanied by relevant leaders from the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Commerce, Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and Foreign Languages and Trade Vocational College. The delegation visited Zhongyang's new green building materials production base, medical industry base, prefabricated building production base, and the first prefabricated real estate project in Fuzhou constructed by Zhongyang.At the Jiuyuefu project site, they learned about the development of Zhongyang Group's business sectors, especially in prefabricated product research and development, product advantages, and practical applications. Everyone showed great interest in the prefabricated green building materials produced by the group and praised Zhongyang's achievements in innovative development in the field of prefabricated buildings.

Subsequently, the delegation visited Zhongyang Group's corporate exhibition hall, watched a corporate promotional video, and listened to an introduction about Zhongyang Group's industrial layout and integrated operation model across the entire construction industry chain, deepening their understanding of the group.

After the visit, both parties held a discussion. Chairman Chen Shengde warmly welcomed the delegation's visit and briefly introduced the group's development situation, especially its active response to"Belt and Road" national development strategy and a series of achievements in expanding overseas markets. Vice President Zhu Min introduced the implementation status of intelligent construction at Zhongyang and collaborative development of new building industrialization as well as future strategic planning for the company. Dr. Peng Xiong, Director of the Research Institute of Zhongyang Group emphasized lightweight steel-lightweight concrete technology used in Zhongyang's green prefabricated integrated housing.

OmarMinister Ahmed Wais expressed gratitude for Zhongyang Group's warm hospitality and introduced Djibouti's economic and social development situation. He stated that through on-site visits for inspection, he fully felt that Zhongyang Group is a well-established Chinese enterprise with strong capabilities. Currently, the Djibouti government is undertaking extensive infrastructure construction including highways, water conservancy facilities, free trade zones etc., hoping that Zhongyang Group can participate in Djibouti’s infrastructure construction to contribute to Sino-Djibouti friendship.

Chairman Chen Shengde stated that senior executives from the group have visited Djibouti multiple times for on-site inspections. Last week, Abdullah, Ambassador of Djibouti to China visited our group for inspection; cooperation intentions are deepening continuously.
