On the afternoon of July 11, Lu Tianxi, Vice Chairman of the Jiangxi Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Zheng Xiantao, Full-time Deputy Director of the Education, Science, Health and Sports Committee of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, and Luo Fei, Director of the Office of the Education, Science, Health and Sports Committee of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, along with other leaders visited Zhongyang Group for research and investigation. The research team first visited Zhongyang Group's National Prefabricated Building Industrial Base and construction sites for prefabricated building projects. They focused on visiting Zhongyang's prefabricated green building materials production line, prefabricated PC component production line as well as Jiu Yue Fu project undertaken by Zhongyang. They gained detailed insights into production processes for prefabricated green building materials and components including manufacturing processes, product performance, project applications etc., listened carefully to project leaders' introductions about production operations and inquired about difficulties faced by enterprises during their development.

The research team finally arrived at Zhongyang Group's corporate exhibition hall where they received a detailed introduction to Zhongyang Group's development status, core technologies in scientific research and innovation achievements as well as construction status for smart construction sites. Vice Chairman Lu Tianxi expressed appreciation for Zhongyang Group's achievements in recent years. He encouraged the group to actively respond to challenges faced in developing prefabricated buildings while continuously strengthening technological and management innovations. He urged them to accelerate standardization in design for prefabricated buildings while promoting factory-based production methods along with assembly construction techniques integrated with decoration processes as well as information management to enhance quality while reducing costs effectively contributing to high-quality development in Jiangxi’s construction industry.

Chen Shengde, Chairman of Zhongyang Group’s Board stated that with support from provincial government authorities at both provincial level as well as municipal levels along with relevant industry supervisory departments; relying on national prefabricated building industrial base along with superior qualifications & advantages within industrial chains; leveraging independent R&D capabilities & integrated innovation strengths they established a Research Center for Industrialized Construction focusing on exploring prefabrication techniques alongside green & intelligent construction aiming towards establishing a modern intelligent base for industrialized building while continuously promoting integrated development across entire industry chain related to prefabrication. In future endeavors; Zhongyang Group will continue accelerating high-quality progress within new types industrialization while persistently aiding Fuzhou city’s three-year industrial doubling initiative alongside supporting high-quality growth within Jiangxi’s construction sector.
