　Announcement for Supplier Recruitment by Zhongyang Construction Group

　　In order to standardize the non-public bidding autonomous procurement behavior of Zhongyang Construction Group, maintain the principles of openness, fairness, and justice in procurement activities, strengthen information management of suppliers, reduce the cost for suppliers to participate in procurement activities, improve the efficiency and quality of procurement work, and ensure the quality and safety of project construction and smooth implementation, we are now publicly recruiting suppliers from society. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
　　I. Scope of Recruitment
　　(1) Engineering specialty contracting content: earthwork engineering, temporary water engineering, temporary electricity engineering, enclosure work, temporary office living facilities, municipal engineering, foundation engineering, waterproofing engineering, insulation engineering, formwork engineering, scaffolding engineering, decoration renovation engineering, landscape gardening engineering, door and window curtain wall engineering, exterior wall coating engineering, fire protection engineering, civil defense equipment engineering, intelligent systems engineering, floodlighting projects, steel structure projects, strong current projects, weak current projects, elevator equipment procurement and installation projects, air conditioning equipment procurement and installation projects, fire door procurement and installation projects, signage projects, floor paint projects and miscellaneous works.
　　(2) Engineering labor operation content: carpentry work, masonry work, rebar work, scaffolding work and water-electricity work.

　　II. Supplier Application Conditions
　　Potential suppliers willing to participate in our company's construction project must meet the following conditions:
　　(1) Must have independent legal person status with the ability to independently bear civil liability; professional contracting or labor operation enterprises registered within the administrative area of Fuzhou City or those not registered within Fuzhou City but possessing unique professional contracting or operational capabilities.
　　(2) Must possess a business license corresponding to national regulations in relevant categories along with qualification certificates and safety production licenses; must not be restricted from participating in construction contracting activities due to illegal or unethical behavior.
　　(3) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
　　III. Materials Required for Supplier Registration
　　(1) Business license; qualification certificate; safety production license; bank account opening permit; for professional contracting and labor operation enterprises outside the city additionally provide statements regarding unique professional contracting or operational capabilities along with supporting materials;
　　(2) Application for cooperation supplier registration along with materials (see Attachment Two);
　　All materials mentioned above should generally be provided in both original and photocopy (stamped with company seal), bound into one set in the order listed above with each page stamped with the company seal. All documents must be valid; materials requiring annual inspection must have passed inspection. If it is difficult to provide originals please contact our company promptly.
　　IV. Application Timeframe，Registration Process，and Management
　　(1) Application timeframe: From November 15 to December 15，2022. Suppliers should submit their application documents by mail or deliver them to Room 17 on the 17th floor of Building No.1 Zhongyang Plaza at No.2088 Gandong Avenue，Linchuan District，Fuzhou City before December 15，2022 at 17:00 (Contact person: Ye Shenjun，Contact number:15770839768).
　　(2) The Qualification Review Committee established by Zhongyang Construction Group Co., Ltd will review each application document submitted by suppliers one by one through preliminary review，detailed review，investigation，and inquiry stages to select qualified suppliers for registration.
　　(3) The application materials submitted by suppliers must be factual，accurate，and truthful. Any fraudulent behavior once verified will result in disqualification from registration and reporting to construction authorities.
　　(4) The validity period for registered suppliers is one year. During this period Zhongyang Construction Group Co., Ltd will conduct daily management based on corresponding management methods; registered suppliers may apply for an extension within thirty days before expiration; application materials for extension will be specified separately.
