　　Fuzhou Zhongyang Yantong (hereinafter referred to as Zhongyang Yantong) is a production enterprise of prefabricated PC components in Fuzhou City. It was jointly invested by Zhongyang Construction Group Co., Ltd., Fuzhou Investment Development (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Electric Yantong Building Technology Group Co., Ltd., and Beitong Building Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It was registered on September 7, 2017, with a registered capital of 101 million yuan.
　　The total planned investment for the project is 1.01 billion yuan. The first phase of construction investment is 150 million yuan, covering an area of 140 acres, with four production lines designed to produce 100,000 m³ of PC components annually, achieving an annual output value of 300 million yuan. The second phase plans to invest 860 million yuan, covering an area of 200 acres, with three automated assembly lines, five fixed production lines, one rebar processing workshop, and one dual-machine mixing station designed for an annual capacity of 500,000 m³ of PC components and an annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan.
　　Since its establishment, the production and installation of PC components have been successfully applied in public building projects in Fuzhou City—such as the Elderly Rehabilitation Center (frame structure) and prefabricated residential projects—such as Rushuijia Garden (shear wall structure), as well as various other projects like schools and apartments. The company has also expanded beyond the Fuzhou region to undertake PC component production and installation business in other provinces and cities. In March 2018, the company co-edited the local standards for prefabricated buildings in Jiangxi Province: "Design Standards for Prefabricated Integral Concrete Residential Buildings (DBJ/T36-041-2018)" and "Technical Standards for Production and Quality Acceptance of Prefabricated Components for Integral Concrete Residential Buildings (DBJ/T36-043-2018)", along with participating in the compilation of "Technical Standards for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Structural Engineering for Prefabricated Integral Concrete Residential Buildings (DBJ/T36-042-2018)", which were officially released. In September 2018, the company was awarded the honor of being one of the 'Top 50 Prefabricated Building Enterprises in China' in the building materials industry for that year. At the same time, it continuously increases research and development efforts on vertical load-bearing components technology; currently, the group has been approved as a national prefabricated building industrial base.
