On December 10, the 2023 Industry Technology Innovation Conference and the 2022-2023 China Construction Engineering Luban Award (National Quality Project) Award Ceremony were held at the Beijing Conference Center. The conference announced the decision to award the 2022-2023 China Construction Engineering Luban Award (National Quality Project), and the Rushi Garden construction project undertaken by Zhongyang Group was among them. This is also the first prefabricated residential building in Jiangxi Province to win the Luban Award. As of now, Zhongyang Group has a total of 3 Luban Awards, covering various types such as residential and public buildings.
"Luban Award" is known as the "Oscar" of China's construction industry and is the highest honor for engineering quality in China's construction sector. Receiving this honor is a supreme recognition of Zhongyang Group's team for strictly controlling construction quality, driving innovation for development, and tirelessly creating high-quality projects; it is also a vivid tribute to Zhongyang Group's continuous promotion of high-quality development in recent years; moreover, it serves as an encouragement and affirmation for Zhongyang builders who work together with determination.

The Rushi Garden construction project is a talent apartment project planned at a high standard and built at a high starting point by the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to attract high-end talents and urgently needed personnel. This project is undertaken by Zhongyang Group using the EPC model and is Jiangxi Province's first prefabricated building project that adopts prefabricated main structure + prefabricated interior decoration. The project consists of 10 residential buildings, basements, and equipment rooms, with a total construction area of 64,758 square meters, achieving a component assembly rate of 52%.
During the construction process, Zhongyang Group adhered to implementing a "six management system" which includes "professionalized construction organization, centralized resource organization, intelligent management methods, human-centered safety management, standardized on-site management, and refined daily management." They overcame technical difficulties in prefabricated building construction and prefabricated interior decoration construction. They took the lead in piloting BIM (Building Information Modeling) intelligent construction throughout the province, achieving intelligent design, smart production, and information-based management throughout the process to create a model of green buildings for public works in this new era.

It is worth mentioning that all prefabricated components and green building material products used in this project are independently developed and produced by Zhongyang Group. They are provided by the National Prefabricated Building Industrial Base along with Zhongyang Yantong Building Technology Co., Ltd., recognized as one of Jiangxi Province's specialized small enterprises in 2023. From factory production to direct installation on-site takes only half an hour, reducing material waste caused by secondary processing. Waste generated during construction can also be recycled for reuse, actively practicing green development concepts to contribute to creating an ecological environment.

It has successively won several honors including: first batch of Jiangxi Province Quality Construction Project Azalea Award for 2022; National QC Achievement Second Prize; Jiangxi Province Green Construction First-Class Level; Jiangxi Province New Technology Application Demonstration Project; Jiangxi Province Excellent Design Award; Jiangxi Provincial Methodology; Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award; East China Region Standardized Construction Safety Production Site; Jiangxi Province Standardized Demonstration Site for Construction Safety Production; Jiangxi Province Standardized Demonstration Site for Quality Management in Construction Projects; among others. The smart construction management system based on this project has been included as one of the typical cases for innovative services using new technologies/products from housing urban-rural development (first batch) as well as being recognized as a demonstration case for prefabricated buildings in Jiangxi Province.
