On September 27, the Mayor of Livingstone, Zambia, Constans Muller, led a delegation including Melvin Mukula, Director of the International Relations Department of Livingstone City, and Huang Xianggao, a leader of the Zambian community, to visit Zhongyang Construction Group. The delegation first entered Zhongyang's prefabricated building production base to witness its outstanding capabilities as a national-level prefabricated industry base. The advanced production equipment, exquisite craftsmanship technology, and excellent performance in innovative achievements and environmentally friendly products in the field of prefabricated buildings won high praise from the delegation.
At Zhongyang Medical Industry Base, the delegation showed great interest in the production processes for medical surgical masks, medical hydrogel eye patches, silver ion disinfectants and other medical products. They expressed their approval for Zhongyang Construction Group's diversified development strategy.
Subsequently, the delegation visited Zhongyang Construction Group's corporate exhibition hall to further understand the group's development history, corporate culture and diversified business areas; they also visited the group's independently developed smart construction site command cabin based on BIM technology.They witnessed how information technology aids in achieving refined management and high-quality control over projects. During a discussion session, both sides engaged in lively discussions on topics such as construction engineering and cultural exchanges.
Mayor Muller fondly recalled the friendly exchange relationship established between Livingstone City and Fuzhou City over many years. She highly praised Zhongyang's undertaking of several livelihood projects in Zambia as well as its investment in the Zhongyang Zambia Ecological Agriculture Industrial Park project. She stated that Livingstone is an emerging economic growth city in Zambia that has always attracted presidential attention. She looks forward to further strengthening exchanges between both parties to jointly explore cooperation in infrastructure construction and other fields to achieve mutually beneficial development goals.
