In 2008, Chen Enbin came to Vancouver, Canada to begin a four-year study abroad career. Traditional wood and bamboo templates are resource based products that require extensive logging of trees, waste national resources, and are not conducive to the long-term green development of construction enterprises. He believes that replacing wood with plastic is an inevitable trend in the development of building materials. During his study abroad in Canada, he found that developed countries were relatively mature in the research and development of building plastic templates and their market. After conducting extensive market research both domestically and internationally, he saw that plastic templates, as a new type of environmentally friendly building material, hold enormous business opportunities. To pursue sustainable development, the company must make a difference in this regard.
Under the leadership of Chen Enbin, the leadership team of Zhongyang Group firmly grasped the theme of green development in the era, and integrated accelerating the transformation of development methods throughout the entire process of enterprise development, strengthening innovation capacity construction, and strengthening support for green development. In order to accelerate the research and development speed of new building plastic composite templates, the company has invested over 4 million yuan in scientific research funds before and after.
In 2009, we jointly developed a new template with Jiangxi Building Materials Science and Design Institute. After more than a year of unremitting efforts by researchers, the new type of building plastic composite template has finally been developed and successfully tested on multiple construction sites. The product is mainly used for cast-in-place concrete formwork engineering in various types of buildings such as houses, bridges, tunnels, etc. It has independent core technology and is an environmentally friendly project for resource recycling. The new composite plastic building template uses waste plastic as the raw material, which can completely replace traditional building bamboo and wood templates. Its process technology and product performance reach the leading level in China, with advantages such as low cost, excellent performance, easy operation, repeated use, and recyclability. It is a new generation of building materials that promote resource conservation, transformation and upgrading in the construction industry.  
The project has also received strong support from the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Government, and Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Government. In March 2010, Zhongyang Dexin Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongyang Construction Group, was officially established. The factory covers an area of 222.32 acres, mainly engaged in the research and development and production of new building templates and various energy-saving, environmental protection, and renewable energy utilization products. At present, the "New Composite Plastic Building Template" developed by Zhongyang Dexin Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhongyang Construction Group, has entered the stage of industrial production. Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, relevant leaders of the city, and representatives of over 100 well-known construction enterprises have visited the template on-site promotion meeting held by Zhongyang Construction Group for observation, greatly expanding the influence of the product. The senior management of the group visited Europe for inspection and quickly and efficiently established strategic cooperation relationships with well-known foreign equipment manufacturers. In October 2015, they introduced world-class production equipment to promote production processes, technical equipment, and product quality to reach international advanced levels.
Due to the significant energy-saving and emission reduction effects of the company's products, their outstanding green environmental protection and circular economy characteristics, as well as huge market potential, which comply with relevant national industrial policies, have attracted the attention of provincial and municipal high-level officials. At present, relevant departments at the provincial and municipal levels have identified the plastic composite building formwork produced by our group as a key promotion project in accordance with the instructions of the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the instructions of the provincial leaders, combined with the implementation of relevant national and provincial policies and regulations, and provided support as much as possible.

In order to actively respond to the central "the Belt and Road" development strategy, Chen Enbin led the group to actively seek overseas investment markets in recent years, and successively made business visits to North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Russia and many African countries.
The year 2016 is the year when Zhongyang Construction Group participated in the comprehensive promotion of the "the Belt and Road" construction.
