They visited Zhongyang's national-level prefabricated building industrial base and inspected the group's new green building materials production line as well as the prefabricated PC component production line. They also visited the Jiu Yue Fu project department, which is the first prefabricated real estate project undertaken by the group in Fuzhou, to understand how the prefabricated building products produced by the group are applied in this project. Additionally, they inspected Zhongyang No. 1 Middle School and Zhongyang No. 2 Middle School to learn about Zhongyang Education Group's educational operations.

Subsequently, the inspection team visited Zhongyang Group's corporate exhibition hall to gain a comprehensive understanding of the group's development status. In particular, they learned about the achievements made in recent years under the leadership of Zhongyang Industrial Research Institute and Zhongyang Architectural Design Institute in areas such as industrial chain construction, digitalization of industries, intelligence, and smart development as well as future strategic planning.

Secretary Wu Shuqin stated that this visit provided a thorough understanding of Zhongyang Group's overall corporate strength, especially its achievements in prefabricated buildings and industrialization development. Zixi County has abundant bamboo resources which present good cooperation opportunities with Zhongyang’s prefabricated building technology field. She hopes that Zhongyang Group can leverage Zixi’s beautiful ecological resources to promote deep cooperation in industries such as bamboo wood processing, tourism, and health care. The Zixi County government will work with Zhongyang Group to establish a special task force to facilitate cooperation projects.
