On June 21, the 20th China International Housing Industry and Building Industrialization Products and Equipment Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Housing Expo"), lasting for three days, concluded at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing. Thus, the participation of Zhongyang Construction Group in the China Housing Expo has successfully come to an end!

Zhongyang Construction Group closely adhered to the themes of this year's Housing Expo: "Technology", "Innovation", and "Affordable Housing". Through various forms such as models, display boards, video demonstrations, product exhibitions, and on-site explanations, it comprehensively showcased the group's recent explorations in intelligent construction and new industrialization of buildings. It also highlighted new practices and achievements made in promoting high-quality development of prefabricated building industries and providing high-quality housing for the public, vividly interpreting the concept of "building houses like making cars" to visitors.

At the event site, relevant responsible persons and technical staff from Zhongyang Building Industrialization Research Institute, prefabricated building production base, and BIM center engaged with attendees at the Housing Expo. They discussed current developments in industrialized construction as well as prospects for prefabricated building industrialization from a professional perspective. They thoroughly analyzed challenges such as "Industrialized Practice in Prefabricated Buildings & Intelligent Outlook", "Cost Increment & Cost Control", "Contemporary New Living under Full Decoration Method", aiming to collaboratively build a model project that leads sustainable development in future housing industries called 'Tomorrow's Home'.

In recent years, under the care and support from Fuzhou Municipal Government in Jiangxi Province along with housing authorities led by Chairman Chen Shengde and Chairman Chen Enbin of Zhongyang Construction Group have adhered to technology-driven innovation. They have accelerated efforts to extend links within construction industry chains while enhancing collaboration on industrial projects through technological transformation. This has yielded certain results while continuously supporting Fuzhou's three-year industrial doubling action plan alongside high-quality development within construction industries.
