Recently, the Zhongyang Group's activity "Going to the Construction Site, Entering the Factory, Learning from Advanced Examples, Establishing Models, and Party Members Going to the Grassroots" successfully concluded with the visit and study of the second batch of party members. This activity was conducted in batches and aimed to further enhance the awareness of Zhongyang Group's party members and middle-level cadres to go deep into the grassroots and engage with them. By visiting factories and construction sites, participants learned about the group's industrial layout and development direction, studied advanced models and achievements in construction sites and factories, better connected with their professions, served grassroots needs, and contributed ideas for the group's high-quality development.

In the morning, party members and middle-level cadres of the group company were led by Xu Xiaolong, Secretary of the Group's Party Committee Discipline Inspection Commission. They first visited the group’s enterprise exhibition hall to gain a comprehensive understanding from multiple perspectives of Zhongyang's full industrial chain integrated operation model led by Zhongyang Research Institute and Zhongyang Design Institute, as well as its major industries, corporate culture, and party building culture. Subsequently, everyone visited Jiu Yue Fu, the first prefabricated real estate development project undertaken by the group in Fuzhou. They also explored Zhongyang Dexin Technology's new green building materials production base, Zhongyang Yantong prefabricated PC component production base, and Zhongyang Medical Industry Base for on-site learning about various business sectors of the group.

In the afternoon, everyone went to visit Fuzhou Municipal Hospital—the group's first prefabricated hospital project—and Gandong College—the first project to use prefabricated permanent temporary combined technology—to observe on-site construction conditions at Zhongyang Smart Construction Site. The focus was on how architectural technology innovation empowers high-quality development for enterprises. Fuzhou Municipal Hospital and Gandong College are key projects for Zhongyang Construction Group. To enhance ideological awareness among party members in various project areas and strengthen branch establishment at project sites while promoting party leadership at frontline—party style construction at project departments—temporary party branches were established at both Fuzhou Municipal Hospital and Gandong College along with activity rooms for party members. The construction site was carefully decorated with posters promoting party building culture and safety awareness.

At each location visited, everyone earnestly observed and learned while listening to advanced work practices and experiences from project sites and factories. Employees interacted with on-site personnel based on their respective job responsibilities.

This activity will also collect feedback from project sites and factories as well as suggestions from employees to implement solutions effectively. It aims to truly engage deeply with grassroots communities while conducting research to understand real situations so that research outcomes can be transformed into practical work results.

Through this activity, both party members' and employees' overall qualities have been enhanced. It has effectively addressed practical issues at grassroots levels while fostering a good atmosphere of mutual learning, unity in purpose across all levels of staff working diligently together which will promote innovative breakthroughs in various works of the group for healthy development.
