On June 19, the 20th China International Housing Industry and Construction Industrialization Products and Equipment Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Housing Expo") grandly opened at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Pavilion) in Beijing. Zhongyang Construction Group, as a leading enterprise in the construction industry of Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province (a national model city for prefabricated buildings), was invited to participate in the exhibition. Vice President Wu Yiqiang led relevant personnel and technicians from Zhongyang Building Industrialization Research Institute, prefabricated building production base, and BIM center to showcase achievements on-site, exchange experiences, and jointly promote high-quality development in the construction industry.

This exhibition is co-hosted by the Science and Technology and Industrial Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Housing Industrialization Promotion Center), China Real Estate Association, and China Architectural Culture Center. With the theme of "Empowering Good Housing Construction with Technology, Innovating to Build a Secure Living Environment," it highlights technological advancement and foresight, focusing on showcasing the latest technologies and products in domestic and international housing construction fields, promoting the application of technological innovation achievements, and leading continuous improvement in quality and performance of residential buildings.

On the opening day, leaders including Jiang Xiaoqun, Director of Personnel Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and Jiang Hua, Second-Level Inspector of Building Market Regulation Department visited Zhongyang Construction Group's exhibition hall. Vice President Wu Yiqiang introduced the basic situation of Zhongyang Construction Group, its integrated operation model for prefabricated buildings, and technological innovation achievements. The leaders fully recognized the group's efforts in promoting green development through technological innovation.

At the Housing Expo site, Zhongyang Construction Group showcased its innovative research results from multiple perspectives under the theme "Green Low Carbon, Intelligent Construction," including quality buildings, intelligent construction methods, green building materials, cultural concepts, and brand strength. Notably, technologies such as independently developed intelligent construction technology for wave steel composite shear walls, smart construction collaborative management platform, and integrated operation across industrial chains attracted significant attention from many visitors.

As the largest scale professional expo with significant influence in housing and urban-rural development fields that has been held for many years, this Housing Expo has become a barometer for leading industry development.
