It has undertaken a large number of engineering projects both domestically and internationally, winning multiple awards such as the Azalea Cup, provincial excellence awards, municipal excellence awards, excellent structural engineering awards, and green construction site awards. The Ru Shui Home project won China's highest honor in engineering quality - 'Luban Award,' making it Jiangxi Province's first prefabricated residential building to win this award. To date, the group has won a total of three Luban Awards across various types including residential buildings and public buildings.
  This year, we have led with technology, innovated management practices, and empowered our future.Under the guidance of Zhongyang Building Industrialization Research Institute and Zhongyang Architectural Design Institute, the group held strategic cooperation signing ceremonies with Chongqing University and Nanchang Engineering College regarding major provincial and municipal scientific research projects. This collaboration aims to enhance quality while reducing costs in Jiangxi's construction industry as well as promote green low-carbon development. The intelligent construction platform independently developed by our group was showcased at the Sixth World Green Development Investment Trade Expo, demonstrating Zhongyang's contributions to high-quality digital transformation in construction. Meanwhile, we continuously strengthen internal management by enhancing our institutional framework; improving project management throughout its lifecycle; consistently enhancing team innovation capabilities; leading to steady growth in operational efficiency.
  This year we focused on unity in purpose while seeking progress amidst stability through efficient collaboration.The group coordinated both domestic and international markets closely following a theme of 'high-quality connotative development,' firmly establishing a 'one chessboard' mindset. We deeply cultivated both domestic and international markets successfully winning bids for China's foreign aid project - Phase II of Kampong Chhnang Technical School in Cambodia while achieving all set goals for domestic market tasks throughout the year. Additionally, we created favorable conditions where major business sectors such as construction, industry education agriculture achieved simultaneous growth in quantity and quality.
  This year we delved deeply into education breaking boundaries in talent cultivation while showcasing strength beyond limits.Zhongyang School under our group engaged in deep exchanges with Beijing Foreign Studies University offering English specialty classes for elementary school students as well as international study programs for high school students featuring English language courses along with other languages. The specialty classes achieved an over 80% pass rate on Langsi International English A1 assessments. In 2023 Zhongyang No.1 High School had a total examination population of 550 students reaching an admission balance line score (551 points) for key middle schools within Linchuan District where 341 students were admitted into these schools achieving educational goals that emphasize low entry but high output standards. Zhongyang No.2 High School also achieved remarkable results during college entrance examinations this year with three students admitted into Tsinghua University or Peking University; among them were72 science students scoring above600 points while19 liberal arts students scored above600 points; out of792 candidates taking middle school entrance exams two scored above700 points;18 scored above690 points;51 scored above680 points;102 scored above670 points resulting in an admission rate reaching75.6%, setting new historical highs.
