Recently, Chen Shengde, Chairman of Zhongyang Holding Group, along with Zhu Min, Vice President of Zhongyang Construction Group, and Long Anliang, Vice President and General Manager of ZCG International, visited the Ethiopia Transportation Building project department to inspect and guide the work, expressing condolences to Zhongyang's overseas employees working on the front lines.

Chairman Chen Shengde and his team went deep into the construction site, carefully listening to reports from on-site management personnel at each location. They inquired in detail about the progress, quality, safety, and cost control of project management. The team held a work meeting at the Ethiopia company to hear an overall work report on the project and put forward specific requirements for safety quality control and decoration construction. They clarified the goal of creating an overseas quality engineering award while encouraging all cadres and employees of the Ethiopia company to strengthen their confidence, overcome difficulties, maintain high work enthusiasm, refine their efforts, and strive to create high-quality projects to ensure that their pillar market position remains stable.

After inspecting the site, Chairman Chen Shengde led a visit to the project owner’s municipal government office. They held discussions with Mr. Segni Kifle Abdisa, Director of the Municipal Government Office; Mr. Dawit Tibebu Woreda, Director of Contract Administration; and Mr. Tadele Dandena Gudeta, Senior Building Contract Management Expert regarding challenges encountered during project execution. This laid a solid foundation for promoting high-quality progress in the project.

The Ethiopia Transportation Building project is located in the Maganania area of Addis Ababa city and is a government project managed by the Addis Ababa Municipal Bureau Office. The total construction area is approximately 56,000 square meters with a building height of 73.6 meters. It features a reinforced concrete frame structure with three underground levels and twenty-one above-ground levels. Once completed, it will provide high-level services for efficient operations within Addis Ababa's transportation department.
