On April 15, Chen Shengde, Chairman of Zhongyang Holding Group, led a delegation including Zhu Min, Vice President of Zhongyang Construction Group, and Long Anliang, Vice President and General Manager of ZCG International, to visit the Chinese Embassy in Zambia. Counsellor Liu Guoyu from the Economic and Commercial Office met with the delegation. Both sides held discussions on Zhongyang Construction Group's ongoing projects and key project developments in Zambia.

Chairman Chen Shengde expressed gratitude to the embassy for its long-term support and assistance to Zhongyang Construction Group's operations in Zambia. He briefly introduced the overall investment situation of the group in Zambia, ongoing projects, current main business sectors, and overseas production operations. He stated that Zhongyang Construction Group is willing to continue leveraging its resources and technical management advantages under the leadership and support of the embassy to deeply participate in Zambia's infrastructure construction, continue comprehensive development of the Zhongyang Zambia Ecological Agriculture Industrial Park project, continuously improve local agricultural technology levels, ensure food security, promote local employment, and contribute to high-quality development between China and Zambia.

Counsellor Liu Guoyu welcomed Chairman Chen Shengde's delegation and affirmed the work carried out by Zhongyang Construction Group in Zambia. He introduced the economic industrial development situation in Zambia and provided constructive opinions and suggestions on the diversification and specialization of operations at the Zhongyang Zambia Ecological Agriculture Industrial Park. He stated that the embassy attaches great importance to the development of Chinese-funded enterprises in Zambia and will work together with these enterprises to promote a green and sustainable development path that aligns with Africa's national conditions.

During this period, Chairman Chen Shengde's delegation visited Zhongyang Zambia Company for research and guidance. Zhongyang Zambia Company has completed multiple engineering projects such as hospitals and schools since its establishment in 2016. With solid technology, rich experience, and good quality, it has received unanimous praise from clients and local governments.The group has also invested in building the Zhongyang Zambia Ecological Agriculture Industrial Park. This project has pioneered cooperation between Jiangxi Province and Zambia in agriculture fields and set a benchmark for agricultural development projects under the Belt and Road Initiative.
