To better leverage the exemplary, demonstrative, and leading role of model workers, and to further motivate the vast number of model workers to strive for new achievements in the new era, on September 29, the Fuzhou Model Workers Association held a themed event titled "Appreciating Model Workers' Style and Feeling the Power of Role Models" at Zhongyang Construction Group.

Leaders attending the event included Lin Yuhua, President of the Jiangxi Provincial Model Workers Association; Wan Guohua, Vice President of the Jiangxi Provincial Labor Model Association; Zeng Biwen, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of Fuzhou Federation of Trade Unions; and others. Chen Shengde, a national labor model, Vice President of the Provincial Labor Model Association, President of Fuzhou Model Workers Association, and Chairman of Zhongyang Construction Group delivered a keynote speech. Leaders such as presidents, executive vice presidents, and secretaries-general from various county (district) model workers associations in Fuzhou also participated in the event. Yang Zhiwu, Secretary-General of Fuzhou Model Workers Association, hosted the meeting.

At the meeting, national labor model Chen Shengde warmly welcomed Lin Yuhua, President of the Provincial Labor Model Association; Zeng Biwen, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of Fuzhou Federation of Trade Unions; as well as leaders from provincial and municipal labor model associations.

Chen Shengde delivered an impassioned keynote speech titled "Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Working Hard to Pursue Dreams," sharing his arduous entrepreneurial story and insights. He stated that the achievements made by Zhongyang Construction Group and himself over these years are attributed to good national policies in this new era and to the correct leadership and attention from provincial government departments as well as municipal government departments. Private enterprises must firmly listen to the Party's words and follow its lead while expressing gratitude towards it; they should take on responsibilities with a sense of 'setting an example and striving for excellence' to become models in practicing corporate social responsibility!

She pointed out that national labor model Chen Shengde's advanced deeds, excellent qualities, and dedication have strong infectivity, influence, and driving force. She emphasized that labor model associations bear the glorious mission to promote labor model brands better while playing exemplary roles in guiding all citizens towards achieving new accomplishments with outstanding character traits from the working class through exemplary actions. They should strive to build labor model associations into truly deserving 'homes for models', 'homes for honor', 'homes for role models', 'warm homes'.

He expressed appreciation for this event and warmly congratulated national labor model Chen Shengde for leading Zhongyang Construction Group along with city’s labor association in achieving excellent results! He pointed out that we need to enhance four awarenesses while strengthening our political stance; tell good stories about labor models while deepening learning promotion; sincerely care for labor models while enhancing service management warmth; build growth platforms while strengthening efforts towards achievement; improve organizational networks while reinforcing foundational construction depth.

At the meeting, Ye Meihua from Fuzhou Model Workers Association read out an 'Initiative Letter,' calling on everyone to learn from national labor model Comrade Chen Shengde by always being role models with firm ideals and beliefs, diligent work ethics, refined skills, and noble character.

Before the meeting began, all participants visited national labor model Chen Shengde's innovation studio. They also entered Zhongyang Construction Group's building industrialization research center where they toured assembly-type decoration production lines along with a national-level assembly-type industrial base within Zhongyang’s medical sector while understanding Zhongyang Construction Group's strategic layout across its entire building industrialization chain.

Stories about labor models inspire people; qualities exhibited by them touch hearts; their spirit encourages individuals.
