Next, provincial housing department leaders visited Zhongyang's production workshop for prefabricated interior decoration panels. This project base isthe first new environmentally friendly intelligent manufacturing base for prefabricated indoor decoration panels in Jiangxi Province. It is also currently the most advanced and environmentally friendly production base for prefabricated indoor decoration panels in China., representing the future direction for prefabricated decoration.

Among them, Jiuyuefu is an A-level prefabricated building constructed by EPC general contracting method witha prefabrication rate reaching 68%., it is also the first to apply precast shear walls into practical engineering within the province - this technical specification was co-authored bythe group as part of a national industry association standard "Technical Specification for Shear Wall Structures with Longitudinal Rib Composite Concrete" (T/CECS793-2020).The Zeng Gong School project features a prefabricated concrete frame structure. It is Fuzhou City's first school project entirely built using prefabrication methods. The management utilizes a smart management platform independently developed by our company - this system isthe only application-based smart management platform recognized by China's Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development among its first batch cases..
