On December 28, a meeting of the presidents of the Jiangxi Province Labor Model Association was held at the Nanchang headquarters of Zhongyang Construction Group. The meeting aimed to study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party and the spirit of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, summarize the work of the Provincial Labor Model Association in 2021, and research and deploy work tasks for 2022. Lin Yuhua, president of the Provincial Labor Model Association; Xiang Dong, part-time vice chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and vice president of the Provincial Labor Model Association; and Li Hongying, vice president and secretary-general of the Provincial Labor Model Association attended and spoke; Liu Weiping, part-time vice chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and vice president of the Provincial Labor Model Association presided over; Chen Shengde, vice chairman of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, vice president of the Provincial Labor Model Association, and chairman of Zhongyang Construction Group delivered a speech.

At the meeting, Chen Shengde warmly welcomed all leaders for their inspection and guidance at the group company. He stated that under great attention and strong support from both provincial and Fuzhou City federations as well as from provincial labor model associations, Fuzhou City’s labor model association has promoted various work in 2021 with sincerity, hard work, and innovation efforts. This has further strengthened its labor model brand while playing a role as a model for others.

Next, Li Hongying, vice president and secretary-general of the provincial labor model association introduced key tasks for 2022 for labor model associations and proposed specific task requirements for next year; Xiang Dong detailed the 'Shiganpai·Labor Model Story Collection' plan; labor model associations from various districts reported on their work in 2021.

Finally, Lin Yuhua, president of Jiangxi Province Labor Model Association delivered an important speech. She pointed out that this meeting coincides with the first anniversary celebration since its establishment. Everyone gathered together to summarize work experiences while looking forward to future progress which holds special significance. She summarized a year’s worth of association work while proposing four key requirements for next year: focusing on four aspects: first is to build a brand that leads with emphasis on 'labor models'; second is to strengthen capabilities by building platforms that expand 'bridges'; third is to highlight care with superior services reflecting warmth like 'family'; fourth is to enhance collaborative strength through coordinated efforts.

Under Chen Shengde's leadership as a national labor model and chairman at Zhongyang Construction Group actively promotes labor model spirit along with craftsmanship spirit while adhering to innovative development driving transformation upgrades. Before the meeting began participants visited Zhongyang Construction Group's Nanchang company where they watched a promotional video about Zhongyang Enterprises. Over thirty people attended including presidents and secretaries general from various district-level labor model associations.
