The chairman Chen Shengde stated that under the strong leadership of the municipal party committee and government since its commencement, this project has fully played a demonstration role in key municipal projects. It has been meticulously organized and scientifically managed using BIM technology combined with a smart construction management platform to achieve refined management of project duration and costs, aiming to 'build one project while raising one banner.' Zhongyang Construction Group will earnestly implement Secretary Xu Wenrong's directives with full enthusiasm while keeping an eye on goals to seize the 'golden period' for construction in Q2 and accelerate project development.

The total land area for Zeng Gong School is 100 acres with a total building area of 46,051.68 square meters designed to accommodate 3,240 students across 69 teaching classes. It has been included in Fuzhou City's key construction projects for 2022. Once completed, it will significantly promote balanced development in compulsory education within central urban areas while effectively alleviating enrollment difficulties in surrounding educational institutions.
